The most recent innovation, VISCAP follows SAP Activate methodology that builds on proven approaches and principles outlined below<\/p>\n<\/div>

  • Validate Solution <\/strong>\u2013 guide customer through the standard functionality in show-and-tell sessions; identify and validate delta requirements and gaps; design solution that minimizes modifications to standard and enables faster innovation<\/li>\n
  • Agile build <\/strong>\u2013 use iterative build of capabilities, prototyping and frequent validation of the results with business users to ease adoption and release solutions to business faster<\/li>\n
  • Premium Engagement Ready <\/strong>\u2013 customers under\u00a0SAP MaxAttention\u00a0and\u00a0SAP Active Embedded\u00a0agreements will find guidance for use of control centers and related services in the methodology (e.g. Innovation Control Center, Operations Control Center and Mission Control Center)<\/li>\n

    The implementation of an application depends heavily on the deployment mode, SAP offers two types of SAP Activate:<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/header>

    • The on-premise SAP Activate Methodology will support project management teams within either an on-premise or privately-managed cloud environment. At each level in the hierarchy, clients will have access to accelerators such as examples and templates to facilitate the implementation project.<\/li>\n
    • The SAP Activate Methodology for Cloud offers an implementation foundation that will work with subscription-based software, such as SaaS solutions. The solution accelerators improve efficiency by giving the PM team tools that are specifically designed to complete the project. SAP Activate for Cloud is more streamlined than a conventional system, which makes it optimal for smaller programs. It integrates easily with larger on-site projects for a hybrid implementation with one methodology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

      BOTH TYPES OF THE SAP ACTIVATE METHODOLOGY HAVE THE SAME FOUR PHASES AS THEIR FOUNDATION:<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/header>

      • Prepare<\/strong> The team initiates and plans a project that includes risk and quality management plans. The environment is built and includes best practices for ready-to-run approaches.<\/li>\n
